The practice of meditation started thousands of years ago, and continues to be relevant today. I was first introduced to meditation a few years back when I was in Junior College. As a tennis player, I was in a sports training exercise that was designed to improve sports performance with meditation. The instructor taught us how to focus on our body and relax.
